...and after
What a wonderful delivery.
Fede was heroic, and it felt so good to see her with Thomas after months of waiting. 
He was small, having made his arrival 25 days earlier than expected, but he looked great. He looked like a little boxer with his pufffy eyes, smooshed nose, sideburns and beanie cap.

Here we were waiting in the delivery suite. We were a little tired, having woken up at 2:39a to the surprise of Fede's water braking 25 days early. By 3:30a we were checked into the triage center, and 4 or 5 hours later we were here; happy to have made it in time for the epidural...

Sofia's Tour
Okay, I'm REALLY happy that you're here! Seriously, I'm not just saying that.

I don't want to rush you, but it's almost nap time.
This is my Rainforest Aquarium. It's really great. I push a button down here and it plays music, makes bubbles and the fish and animals move around, sort of.
And THIS is my crib. Nice, huh?
This is where I sleep and, wait, speaking of which, what time is it?
2:30 p.m.? Seriously? Wow I thought it was like midnight or something.
Wow. I'm so exhausted. Maybe we should just stop here before I melt down and start screaming or something. Right?
I'm just going to lie down for awhile.
I'm really glad you came! Thank you, the door is just to your left there.
Don't forget your things. Trust me, you DO NOT want to come back in here in a few minutes, LOL. "AAAARGH GET OUT!!!". Yikes.
